Residential complex Loggia

Loggia is a new residential complex with elegant architecture, located between Sunny Beach and Saint Vlas. The complex is built on a small hill with a southwestern orientation, which offers panoramic views of the entire bay and beautiful sunsets.

Location
The beach is about 400 meters. Within walking distance of a bus stop, supermarkets and other amenities. The area next to the former marine sanatorium is known for its clean air, which makes the place especially comfortable for relaxation and living.

About the project
The building is 5 floors, with a total of 44 apartments: 11 studios, 19 two-room apartments and 7 three-room apartments (the rest are other layouts according to the project). Ceiling height - from 2.75 m. The layouts provide for natural air circulation and a passive cooling effect. All apartments have loggias - built-in, protected from wind and sun, harmoniously integrated into the facade, which provides comfort and views at any time of the year. The apartments will be rented turnkey, with ready-made bathrooms.
