Residential building VHTI Park 3

VHTI PARK 3 is a modern residential complex created with an emphasis on comfort, functionality and convenience for everyday life. The project includes three buildings - A, B and B, with a total of 150 apartments distributed between three entrances.

The residential part is located from 2 to 8 floors. There are two- and three-room options with practical layouts, good natural light and comfortable spaces.

Comfort
The entrances are equipped with staircases with natural light and modern elevators, providing convenient access to any level.

Parking and storage
On the ground and first floors there are 210 parking spaces and garages (underground and above ground), including separate garage boxes. 4 charging stations for electric vehicles are also planned. For each entrance there are storage rooms, mainly on the basement levels, for convenient storage of things.
